Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge:
Located in an exclusive and stunning restricted area of Kakadu National Park where less that 1000 people a year gain access, the lodge features just 12 twin share ensuited tented safari cabins.
Four different accommodation options available:
Hawk Dreaming Overnight Stay
Arrive at Border Store near Ubirr at 2.30 and check in at the store to leave your vehicle in a secure compound.
Your lodge host will meet you at 3pm for transfer to the Wilderness Lodge. Enjoy the tranquility of this exclusive area of Kakadu. Self catering package - BBQ provdided for self catering. Optional touring and meals available ( at extra cost )
Relax around the campfire and enjoy the comforting night sounds of Kakadu National Park.
At 10.00am we transfer you back to your vehicle at the Border Store.

All-inclusive 3 Day Kakadu adventure includes accommodation, all meals and activities during your stay.Sunset safari, ancient rock art, Arnhemlander 4WD tour and Guluyambi Cultural Cruise. Small group sunset safaris explore stunning rock art, sandstone outcrops such as Mushroom Rock and a spectacular sunset on the escarpment and rocky outcrops over a billabong teeming with birdlife and a few crocodiles. Return to camp for a delicious evening meal presented by our resident chef and relax in the evening around a campfire under the stars. Retire to the comfort of your tented safari cabin at the end of a memorable day.

Arnhemlander 4WD Safari:
Experience the real Kakadu through indigenous eyes and create a memory for a life time! Visit places inaccessible to most, including ancient rock art sites. Gain knowledge of Traditional land ownership,bush skills, hunting, food gathering and bush tucker preparation. Meet Aboriginal artists at Injalak Arts and Crafts Centre in Oenpelli. Travelling in comfortable 4wds, you will experience the world-famous landscapes of sandstone outcrops, escarpments, forests, floodplains and billabongs. Arnhemland permits, refreshment and lunch are included.

Guluyambi Cruise:
Enjoy a 1 hour and 45 minute small group Guluyambi Cruise guided by one of our experienced Aboriginal guides. Learn traditional survival skills, bush medicines and tucker, dreamtime stories and spot crocodiles on the East Alligator River. For a personalised experience, an Aboriginal guide provides guests with an insight into their culture - local mythology, the river's abundant food chain, traditional uses for many plants and animals as well

Directions:

Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge: Head from Jabiru towards Darwin along the Arnhem, Highway and turn right after 17km to Ubirr. After 28km you will arrive at the Border Store near Cahill's Crossing to store vehicle.

Arnhemlander Day tour: We pick up from all Jabiru Accommodation.

Guluyambi Boat Cruise: Head from Jabiru towards Darwin along the Arnhem, Highway and turn right after 17km to Ubirr. After 27km turn right for 2km to the upstream boat ramp and meet your guide near the jetty.
